[Problem] To provide an organism signal measurement device and a method for measuring the signal of an organism, with which it is possible to ensure electrical contact between an organism surface and an electrode. [Solution] This organism signal measurement device is equipped with a mounting apparatus, a measurement electrode, and a support body. The mounting apparatus is mounted to the organism. The measurement electrode contacts the organism surface. The support body holds the measurement electrode onto the mounting apparatus in a manner such that the measurement electrode is capable of sliding in relation to the organism surface.
