The toothed segment coil has a gear segment (3) which is provided with a carrier yoke (5) arranged with a support yoke (6). The support yoke is provided for supporting the coil (4). The coil strip made of copper or aluminum is provided for covering the axial end faces (6a) of carrier yoke and support yoke. The carrier yoke and support yoke are provided with several single slats.
