PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aluminum-nitride is provide to form pellet with high heat conductivity at 1700-1800>= in a short time by mixing aluminum-nitride powder, rare earth oxide powder, calcium carbonate powder, and carbon fiber in a optimal proportion. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum nitride sintered body comprises aluminum-nitride powder 100.0 per, rare earth oxide powder 1-3 parts by weight, calcium carbonate powder 0.5-1 parts by weight, and carbon fiber 1-3 parts by weight. The aluminum nitride sintered body is a uniform black color, and has thermal characteristic of 140-160W / mK at room temperature. A manufacturing method of aluminum-nitride sintered body comprises the following steps. (a) Prepare mixed material powder by mixing aluminum-nitride powder, rare earth oxide powder, calcium carbonate powder, and carbon fiber. (b) The mixing material powder is dispersed with supersonic waves. (c) Form a molding product by molding the dispersed mixing material powder. Also (d) build the molding product into a pellet by temperature-raising and plasticizing at inactive atmosphere or reducing atmosphere.
