The element has a self-adhesive strip (14) divided into two partial strips (24, 26) in a longitudinal direction by a perforation (28). A part of one of the partial strips is adhesively connected with an adhesive protective strip (12). The other partial strip is adhesively connected with to a handling strip (10). The protective strip and the handling strip overlap each other transverse to the perforation. The latter partial strip is adhered on a non-siliconized surface of the handling strip, and the protective strip is provided with a siliconized side. |
