<p>The amplifier circuit (10) has P-channel MOSFET (PMOSFET) (12) and N-channel MOSFET (NMOSFET) (14) which are switched in series between voltage potentials (16,18), and are actuated in clocked amplifier operation. A capacitor (20,22) is switched in parallel to channel of MOSFETs. A measurement circuit (26) measures the switching edges arising when switching the MOSFETs. A current RMI TTL circuitry (28) determines the output stream (30) based on the measured switching edges.</p> |
