PURPOSE: A safety taxi service system is provided to display a converted code on the outside by converting taxi synthesis information into a unique QR(Quick Response) code of a designated driver, thereby verifying information of a taxi in advance. CONSTITUTION: A user fixing terminal unit(110) is installed in the front side of a back seat as a touch screen so that a client, who does not have a user mobile terminal unit(90), safely uses a safe taxi service. The user fixing terminal unit displays taxi synthesis information received in a taxi information extraction unit(50). The user fixing terminal unit transmits real time taxi synthesis information to a specified target person as a message by using a mobile phone number of the specified target person which is inputted by the client.
