PURPOSE: A soil nail of a coated prestressing strand is provided to improve anticorrosive properties thereof by adding a coating layer, to lower the manufacturing cost, and to enhance the rigidity and tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A soil nail(10) of a coated prestressing strand comprises a prestressing strand and a coating layer. The prestressing strand of a soil nail is made by twisting multiple steel wires. The coating layer on the outer circumference of the prestressing strand is made of a PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride) material, and has protrusions on the surface. The protrusions strengthen the rigidity of the coating layer and an adhesive force with the prestressing strand.
