PURPOSE: A real estate transaction mediation method using a smart device and a system thereof are provided to store an electronic document by applying forgery prevention technology to the electronic document in which a purchaser signs, thereby using the electronic document as effective legal evidence. CONSTITUTION: A smart device displays transaction object information(S110). The smart device displays a signature object electronic document which includes the transaction object information(S130). The smart device receives a signature related to the signature object electronic document from a purchaser who views the transaction object information. After applying forgery prevention technology, a real estate transaction mediation server stores the signature object electronic document and the signature in a database(S160).
