<p>The film bag made of a film (2), comprises: a front wall (3) and a back wall (4), and left side fold and right side fold inserted between the front wall and the back wall, where the film comprises a non-sealable layer, which forms an outer layer of the film bag at its first side and a sealable layer adjacent to an outer layer; a first end portion determined as foot area (8) of a first base area (14) for forming a foot-sided flag; and a second base area adjacent to the first base area; a reclosure partially hidden in an end portion to be determined as a head area. The film bag made of a film (2), comprises: a front wall (3) and a back wall (4), and left side fold and right side fold inserted between the front wall and the back wall, where the film comprises a non-sealable layer, which forms an outer layer of the film bag at its first side and a sealable layer adjacent to an outer layer; a first end portion determined as foot area (8) of a first base area (14) for forming a foot-sided flag; and a second base area adjacent to the first base area; a reclosure partially hidden in an end portion to be determined as a head area. The foot area of the front- and back wall has an opening in the outer layer within the area of the side fold in both the first and second base area by which the opening is accessible through the sealable layer from an outside of the film bag, and a position of the opening is selected so that foot-sided flag is produced at a second base area. The sealable layer forms an inner layer of the film bag, and the opening reaches through the film. The opening: is a continuous opening formed in the first and the second base areas. The continuous opening extends itself along a longitudinal direction of the side fold starting from a border area of the both base areas, and is realized by two openings that are locally separated to each other along the longitudinal direction of the side fold in a distance formed in the first and second base areas. Both openings are formed within an area of right- and left-side fold. The predetermined second end portion is closed as the head area. An integration of the reclosure is obtained in a head-side flag by a seal of the reclosure having the sealable inner layer of the film. The reclosure is formed by a slider having a zipper and a slide cooperating with the zipper for the purpose of opening and closing by a closure element of the zipper, where: the slide is moved from its initial position to open the closure elements; and the front- or back- wall has a material recess, which is localized at the initial position of the slide. The closure elements are covered by a plate adjacent to the material recess, where the plate is partially delimited by a perforation plate. The foot-side flag is realized by forming a first transverse seam into the border area of the first and second base areas after it is filled with a filling material. A second transverse seam parallely limits to the first transverse seam of the foot-sided flag at an outer edge of the film bag. The foot-sided flag is movably arranged at the second base area. Two areas of the sealable layer are sealed together. The seal of the two areas of the sealable layer is a component of an edge seal seam, which extends itself in the foot area of the outer edge of the side fold to a fold edge at an angle of 45[deg] with respect to the fold edge. The foot-sided flag is shifted along the fold edge to the second foot part area. The film bag comprises a handle centered in one of its side fold with respect to a hopper length and centered with respect to a depth of the side fold.
