1,056,443. Control of D.C. motors. LICENTIA PATENT-VERWALTUNGS G.m.b.H. Oct. 16, 1963 [Oct. 17, 1962], No. 40834/63. Heading H2J. [Also in Division G3] A D.C. motor 2 is supplied from three-phase network 1 through rectifier 3 and a pulsing circuit comprising controllable semiconductor 4 and freewheeling diode 5. A control device 6 for the semiconductor 4 receives signals representing respectively the motor current, the voltage across buffer capacitor 8, and a reference voltage. For braking, the motor is connected across resistor 10 which is in parallel with controllable semi-conductor 11 and in series with inductance 12. A control device 13 for the semi-conductor 11 receives signals representing respectively actual and desired values of the braking- current. Field winding 15 is reversed by electronic switches. The function of the changeover switch 9 may be carried out by electronic switches. |
