PURPOSE: A method for forming a copper material having a nano-twin structure and a copper material manufactured by the same are provided to reduce the time for forming a copper material by applying reverse current. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a copper material having a nano-twin structure comprises the steps of: dipping an anode and a cathode in electrolyte, applying forward current to the anode and the cathode in a forward pulse step while applying reverse current in a reverse pulse step, and repeating the forward and reverse pulse steps to electrodeposit copper on the surface of the cathode. |
