<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a sealing function, capable of maintaining the quality of developer, in response to an increase in speed of rotation of a rotating member associated with higher performance, improvement in printing speed or the like, by suppressing the solidification and coagulation of toner by softening and fusing thereof by friction heat in the vicinity of a seal without using grease or with no lubrication. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing device 3 with sealing function for rotatably supporting a shaft 2 of the rotating member and preventing the leak of content includes a lip seal 5 composed of a PTFE base composite material and a bearing (slide bearing part 6), which are integrated to a housing 4 formed of a thermoplastic resin base composite material by assembling them thereto integrally or as separate members.
