<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work shift creation support device and a program capable of creating a work shift in consideration of a fatigue status of a worker. <P>SOLUTION: The work shift creation support device includes work history storage means for storing work histories in each of which a type of a work that has been performed by each worker is associated with a time required for completing the work, fatigue degree determination means for multiplying a predetermined weighting factor corresponding to each work type by the required time concerning each work history of each worker and determining a fatigue degree showing a degree of fatigue of each worker based on the multiplication result, first setting means for setting a first condition determining an upper limit value of continuous work days which can be assigned to each worker according to the fatigue degree of the worker, and work shift creation means for creating a work shift determining a work schedule of each worker based on the first condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
