<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to designate a retrieval condition in consideration of the working day of a company when the user uses the retrieval function of a personnel information processing system. <P>SOLUTION: The personnel information processing system includes: a business day master 12 for storing business day information associated with information for indicating the business days and non-business days of the company in a one-year calendar; a retrieval unit 17 for retrieving information of a database 10 on the basis of a retrieval item, a retrieval condition, and a retrieval reference date when the retrieval reference date, the retrieval item, and the retrieval condition are designated in a field for designating the retrieval condition, which is prepared in a retrieval screen 40, and then, displaying the retrieval result on the screen; and a relative date generating unit 18 for displaying a relative date designation screen 50 for designating a relative period (years and/or months and/or business days, etc.) from a desired date, calculating the date from the designated relative period, by referring to the information of the business day master 12, and setting the date in the retrieval screen 40 as the retrieval reference date. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
