<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-curable resin composition which is excellent in characteristics, especially low refractive index, stable transparency, good coatability, adhesion to core layers, strength and flexibility, suitable as the clad material of polymer clad optical fiber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This radiation-curable resin composition comprises (A) an ethylenic unsaturated group-containing fluorocopolymer, (B) a 2-perfluoro(11-18C)alkylethyl (meth)acrylate, and (C) a compound having two or more ethylenic unsaturated groups and not having an aromatic structure and a polar group except the components (A) and (B) in amounts of 20 to 65 mass%, 20 to 60 mass% and 10 to 35 mass%, respectively, per 100 mass% of the total amount of the composition.
