PURPOSE: A real time mobile bus management method is provided to supply a mobile issue barcode to a communication terminal of a subscriber after a payment, thereby preventing indiscriminate bus reservation. CONSTITUTION: A center server posts lot of bus information on a homepage and receives reservation of a specific bus by using a communication terminal of a subscriber among a plurality of buses(S10,S20). The center server posts a plurality of payment methods for a reserved bus on the homepage and performs payment by using the communication terminal(S30). The center server transmits a reservation completion SMS(Short Message Service) message to the communication terminal with a mobile ticket barcode of the reserved bus(S40).
