<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device capable of properly avoiding a deterioration of detection performance of a preceding vehicle due to radio wave interference by precisely detecting an interference signal even when radio wave interference with another vehicle occurs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A signal processing part 307 includes: a fast Fourier transform part 307a detecting a frequency of a reception signal received in a reception antenna by using a beat signal that is a difference signal between a transmission signal and the reception signal; an angle detection part 307b detecting a reception angle of the reception signal with respect to the reception antenna; a frequency comparison part 307c comparing a frequency of the transmission signal in an angle range detected by the angle detection part 307b and the frequency of the reception signal detected in the fast Fourier transform part 307a when the reception part receives the reception signal; and a target recognition part 307d performing recognition processing of an obstacle by using output data from the frequency comparison part 307c.
