PURPOSE: A service quality policy setting method for offloaded traffic and a device thereof are provided to execute specific interface signaling with PCRF by receiving PCRF access information from a DRA(Diameter Routing Agent). The application management device receives the DRA access information from the terminal device. The application management device requests PCRF access information to a DRA.
