PURPOSE: An automatic roaster is provided to fast roast large amount of food by automatically heating the food fixed to a grill passing through a heating path. CONSTITUTION: An automatic roaster comprises a main body(A) and a conveyor device(B). The main body includes a pair of combustion cases(20). A hole for radiating heat is formed to adjacent surface of the combustion case and a heating path(28) is formed between the combustion cases. The conveyor device is arranged in order that a grill(C) passes through the heating path between the combustion cases. A fire bowl of the combustion case is equipped. A plurality of penetration holes is formed to face to the heating path. A position control unit(24) is connected to the fire bowl and moves the fire bowl back and forth towards the heating path. |
