PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to transmit and receive CSI(Channel State Information) of a downlink channel for effectively utilizing wireless resources. CONSTITUTION: An eNB(evolved Node B) transmits a CSI feedback related configuration and a CSI-RS(Reference Signal) for measuring the state of a downlink channel(1010). The eNB receives CSI feedback generated based on the CSI feedback related configuration and the CSI-RS from UE(User Equipment)(1020). The eNB confirms control information included in the received CSI feedback. The eNB confirms a CQI(Channel Quality Indication), a PMI(Pre-coding Matrix Indicator), and an RI(Rank Indicator) for a cell or one or more transmission points(1070).
