PURPOSE: An automatic laver-rolling device is provided to automate the shaping of rolled rice with lava, the cutting of the rolled rice with lava and the packing of the rolled rice with lava. CONSTITUTION: An automatic laver-rolling device comprises the following steps. An auto-rolling unit(1) is pile-combined in the upper surface of an auto-packing unit(2). A stuffing material keeping frame(3) is formed with a reservoir(31), and a cover. A laver supply box(4) is formed in a regular square case structure having a discharge hole(41) on one side. A laver settle plate is equipped in the lower surface of the laver supply box inside. A package cutter(5) comprises a sliding conduction panel(51), a drum driver(52), and a cut panel(53). A recipe conduction conveyor(11) and a pressure rolling conveyor(12) is arranged in the upper surface of the auto-rolling unit inside by a contraction operation rack(13). A falling inducement inclined plate(14) is equipped in front of the pressure rolling conveyor. A cutting wing(15) is installed in the lower surface of the falling inducement inclined plate. A follower rack gear(161) and a cutting inducement block(16) are built in the lower surface inside of the auto-rolling unit. A dining plate(17) moving up and down is combined in the front surface of the auto-rolling unit. An inlet(21) is formed in the front upper surface of the auto-packing unit. A packing inducement conveyor(22) is installed on the lower surface inside of the inlet. A discharging bucket(23) and a falling inducement member(24) is formed on a top and bottom structure in front of the packing inducement conveyor. |
