PURPOSE: A degenerative knee joint correction apparatus is provided to cure a degenerative knee joint although a knee or a foot is not loaded. CONSTITUTION: A degenerative knee joint correction apparatus includes a correction shoe(110) making sustain an inner side of foot, a knee guard installed in a knee part, a correction line(120) connecting the outer side of the knee guard and the inner side of the correction shoe and a correction line contraction unit, installed in the knee guard, pulling the correction line to the rear part of the knee. The knee guard prepares a buckle and a belt. A plurality of stopping protrusions are protrusively installed along the left-right longitudinal direction of the buckle in one side of the upper and lower sides inside of the buckle.
