PURPOSE: A voice call quality optimization system of a communication device is provided to save tuning time by automatically executing a tuning process of a communication device according to parameter order. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(210) controls voice call quality by controlling a parameter controlling voice call quality characteristics of a communication device. A measuring unit(220) measures the voice call quality of the communication device. The measuring unit gives feedback on the measured voice call quality to the control unit. The control unit controls the voice call quality by correcting a parameter of noise, voice volume, and a frequency response characteristic curve from parameters of the communication device.
