<p>PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing a steel bar of unit length are provided to cut the steel bar at short length according to an order of a client without influence on a rolling-speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel bar of unit length comprises; a step for manufacturing a steel bar(12) by using a rolling device(11); a step for cutting the steel bar at short length according to an order of a client; and a step for ting the cut steel bars up in a bundle by using one of two ting devices for discharging the steel bars from the rolling device.</p> |
