A target area for golf comprising a tarpaulin or PVC sheet 21 secured to the ground and at least one target 7 positioned on the sheet. The target 7 may be a plant and may be one which is endangered and contained in a vessel. The sheet 21 may be positioned in an area to be surrounded by herbage or grass or may be positioned in a desert with a sand or dirt surrounding. There may be secondary areas with a different ground covering. A kit of equipment including a PH colour chart, a digital communication device, a pair of glasses specially arranged to help view lost balls, a set of cards, a set of flags and a rulebook may be provided. The target areas may be provided in a range of shapes for a number of different golf games. |
