PURPOSE: A resonance element in a radio frequency filter with a cavity structure is provided to reduce manufacturing time, a manufacturing process, and the change of a filtering characteristic according to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A resonance element(30) has a hollow shape. A fin structure is formed in the upper part of the resonance element. The resonance element is integrated with a housing(10). A cover(12) with a tuning screw(20) closes the housing. The size of a bimetallic element(40) corresponds to the fin structure.
