PURPOSE: A torque sensor assembly for a power assistance bicycle is provided to easily convert an electric motor driving bicycle into an electric motor power assistance bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor assembly for a power assistance bicycle comprises a torque sensor(10), a one-way bearing, a chain wheel, two cranks(31), and two pedals(32). The torque sensor includes an envelope tube, an intermediate tube, the transmission axle, an outer ring, an inner bearing, an elastic element, a first disk, a second disk, and a detection unit. The intermediate tube is mounted in an axial direction through the envelope tube. The transmission axle is mounted in the axial direction through the envelop tube. The outer bearing is mounted in a periphery between the envelope tube and the intermediate tube. The inner bearing is mounted in the periphery between the intermediate tube and the transmission axle. The elastic element is connected to the intermediate tube and the transmission axle. The first disc is attached to the transmission axle. The second disc is arranged to be adjacent to the first disc and attached to the intermediate tube.
