PURPOSE: A draft measuring device for a ship is provided to safely measure the draft of the ship by calculating and outputting the measured values of draft marked points and the average value of the measured values. CONSTITUTION: A draft measuring device for a ship comprises a hollow case(10), a sliding bracket(18), a floating body(12), a sensor body(14), and a control box. The case is extended along draft marked points of an outer plate of a hull. The sliding bracket is installed to transversely move on a case to fix the case on the outer plate of the hull. The floating body is installed to longitudinally move in the case. The sensor body detects the position of the floating body and outputs the position information to the outside. The control box communicates with the sensor body to control draft measurement and calculates and outputs measured values and the average value of the measured values.
