The unit (1) has a transportation carriage (8) comprising a receiving chamber (10) that is fillable with liquid to be transported. The transportation carriage is displaceably arranged in a housing cover (6) in a longitudinal direction. Front sides of the transportation carriage are limited with cover caps (26, 28) and provided with non-return valves (22, 24). Hydraulic chambers (12, 14) exhibit total length of 30 mm in a longitudinal direction of the housing cover. The transportation carriage comprises a release valve for releasing rinsing agents.
