The device (1) comprises several consumers and generators such as actual blow-molding machine (2), temperature stabilizing device (3) and compressed air generator (4) of thermal energy which are connected together through a thermal energy combination for thermal management. The heat energy interconnections are provided for recycling of waste heat. The heat energy network facilities are provided for reuse of refrigerant. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing containers.
