The pump installation consists of the pump itself (1) and a container (2) containing the fluid to be pumped. The container has a bottom, side walls and the top. There is at least one connection (13) in one of the side walls, close to the bottom, to which the pump is connected directly. This connection may be in a recess (17) in the container side wall. The container may be enclosed in a cage (3) with cage bars (4). |
