PASTEURIZING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A pasteurization device is provided to minimize corruption of a processing object caused by heat by treating a liquid processing object at a low temperature and to especially minimize corruption of food taste and destruction of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A pasteurization apparatus(10) includes first and second electrode units which are separately placed to provide a processing space; an electrolysis tank which treats a processing object with an oxidizing species generated by a current applied to the first and second electrode units; and a heat exchanger(300) which forms first and second cooling spaces respectively arranged across the processing space and exchanges heat with the first and second electrode units by using a cooling fluid supplied to first and second cooling spaces(310,320). The first cooling space, the processing space, and the second cooling space are separated by the first and second electrode units.
