An LC(Liquid Crystal) panel manufacturing method is provided to prevent damage of patterns, formed on a substrate, by using a slit nozzle during an alignment layer forming process. An LC panel manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing and washing upper and lower substrates of the LC panel(S100,S110); covering an alignment layer by using a slit nozzle in the upper or lower substrate, and drying the alignment layer(S120,S130); forming a seal pattern by using a laser on the alignment layer of the upper or lower substrate after the above step is completed(S140); forming a groove by rubbing the upper or lower substrate in a constant direction after the above step(S150); and depositing the upper or lower substrate by using a sealant after the above step, and cutting the substrate into each unit cell(S160,S170). |
