THERMAL DIFFUSION SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thermal diffusion sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve heat transmission and thermal diffusion efficiency by using a carbon fiber mat for diffusing the heat of an aluminum sheet. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive(20) including a thermal conductance pillar is formed on a release paper(10). An aluminum sheet(30) for heat transmission is formed on the adhesive. A carbon fiber mat(50) for a thermal diffusion layer including an adhesive(40) is formed on the aluminum sheet. A PET film(60) is formed on the carbon fiber mat. The PET film prevents contamination and protects the carbon fiber mat.
