PURPOSE: A power storage device is provided to reduce binder content, thereby providing high reliability, durability, high discharging capacity, and excellent properties. CONSTITUTION: A power storage device comprises a positive electrode active material layer-containing positive electrode and negative electrode active material-containing negative electrode. The positive electrode active material layer contains a plurality of x[Li_2MnO_3]-(1-x)[LiCo_1/3Mn_1/3Ni_1/3O_2] particles. The particles include multilayered graphenes(101) connected to each other. Each of the multilayered graphenes(103) comprises a six-membered ring(111) consisting of carbon, a multi-membered ring consisting of carbon, and oxygen(115) coupled to one or more carbons in the multi-membered ring. |
