PURPOSE: A reservation management system and a reservation management method using the same are provided to enable a user to reserve facilities online, thereby enabling the user to enter or use the facilities. CONSTITUTION: A reservation management server receives a reservation request signal with reservation information from a first terminal of a user and approves reservation of the user. An entrance gate reads an identification number from a member card(7) of the user and transmits an entrance approval request signal of the user, which includes the identification number, to the reservation management server. The entrance gate approves the entrance of the user by an entrance approval signal received from the reservation management server and stores the reservation information in the member card.
