<p>PURPOSE: A transparent conductor plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light transmittance by spraying an elastic insulating material to a substrate though a process for coating a bonding part and a process for coating a planar part. CONSTITUTION: A protruded conducting pattern is formed on a substrate. An elastic insulating material is coated on the upper part of the substrate and the protruded conducting pattern. A metal pattern(12) is formed in the protruded conducting pattern having the elastic insulating material. A transparent resin(10) is coated on the metal pattern and the upper part of the elastic insulating material. The transparent resin is separated from the metal pattern and the elastic insulating material to form a transparent conductor plate(11).</p> |
