PURPOSE: An additive for warm mix asphalt is provided to prevent physical property degradation phenomenon by having a resolution temperature which is 30°C lower than a hot mix asphalt mixture. CONSTITUTION: An additive for warm mix asphalt comprises an ethylene oxide or propylene oxide-derived amine as a surfactant. In the ethylene oxide-derived amine(NRR^1R^2), R is C1-30 saturated or unsaturated, substituted or unsubstituted, selectively branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group and has 3-61 hydrogen atoms; and each of R^1 and R^2 is ethylene oxide. In the ethylene oxide-derived amine(NRR^1R^2), R is C1-30 saturated or unsaturated, substituted or unsubstituted, selectively branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group and has 3-61 hydrogen atoms; and each of R^1 and R^2 is propylene oxide.
