PURPOSE: A dispense apparatus for a sheet is provided to apply tension to a buffer sheet between an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) and a pressurization unit and to collect the buffer sheet with predetermined tension. CONSTITUTION: As the amount of a buffer sheet(BS) wound on a collection roller(122) increases, a load is generated. A second driving unit(124) smoothly rotates a collection roller support shaft(120) according to the generation of the load. Therefore, the pressurization level of the buffer sheet on a guide roller(130a,130b) becomes weak. A sensor outputs the detection result of pressurization information to a control unit(150). According to is the detection result, the control unit increases the rotation speed of the collection roller support shaft to enhance the torque of the second driving unit.
