PURPOSE: A system for analyzing the increase and decrease of energy use through energy user diagnosis and a method thereof are provided to utilize external environment information as the standard when energy use progress is diagnosed, thereby accurately analyzing validity for the increase and decrease of the energy use. CONSTITUTION: A collection unit(210) collects information for the amount of used energy from a remote meter. When the amount of used energy increases over a fixed rate, an analysis unit(220) analyzes the validity of energy use increase by comparing energy use progress with external environment information. When the amount of increased used energy is not validity, a deduction unit(230) deducts an energy saving element for a home.
