Fluorinated polymer compositions and methods for treating hydrocarbon-bearing formations using the same

Fluorinated polymers having first divalent units represented by formula, and a plurality of groups of formula —CH2—CH2—O—. Compositions containing the fluorinated polymer and solvent, and methods of treating hydrocarbon-bearing formations using these compositions are disclosed. A method of making a composition containing the fluorinated polymer is also disclosed.
