PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cooling tube with a spiral fin is provided to improve a quality and productivity because spiral pins of a high efficiency structure are continuously formed and attached when manufacturing a cooling tube utilized for an evaporator consisting of an air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cooling tube with a spiral fin comprises next steps. Spiral pins(20) are supplied to a conveyor roller(31), thereby being transferred. The spiral pins are induced to a coil jig(27), thereby being elastically wound in a cooling tube. At least one end of the spiral pin is cut or bent in a transferring step. T-shaped unit(22) or a V-shaped unit are formed by using a forming blade(33) in transferring the spiral pins. |
