PURPOSE: A pogo pin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the contact between a top probe unit and a bottom probe unit in order to fit the highly efficient field application, simplify a manufacturing process of the top probe unit and the bottom probe unit, and facilitate an assembly of a spring and the bottom probe pin and an assembly of the top probe pin and the bottom probe pin. CONSTITUTION: A pogo pin(60) comprises a top probe unit(100) passing a cylindrical top appendix(120) in the upper end and an inside of a wind(130), inserted into a body(110) and assembled, and includes an empty cylindrical insertion unit in the bottom end; a bottom probe unit(200) including the wind(130) in the upper end, the empty cylindrical body(110) in the middle, and a bottom part appendix(140) in the bottom part; and an elastic member positioned in the body(110) of the bottom probe unit(200).
