PURPOSE: A rubber tee height control device and an automatic golf ball feeder are provided to increase durability and to remarkably reduce maintenance time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A rubber tee height control device includes a rubber tee fixing member(25) fixing the lower part of a rubber tee in the lower part of a rubber elevating unit, an elevating unit(26) engaged with a rotary shaft of a stepping motor, elevating and descending the rubber tee, a rotary bearing or an engagement member moving along the guide rail when the elevating unit moves up and down while being inserted and engaged with a guide rail formed in a connection bar, a connection bar(29) moving the elevating unit in which the rubber tee is installed up and down and a stepping motor(21) engaged with the connection bar and rotating the connection bar at a predetermined angle.
