PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to improve reliability by forming a protection layer between a body and a resin layer to prevent an interaction between pigment included in the body and fluorescent substances included in the resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A cavity(120) is formed in a body(110). A first lead frame(140) and a second lead frame(150) are arranged in the body. A light emitting device(130) is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame. A resin layer(160) includes fluorescent substances and is formed in the cavity. A protection layer(180) is formed between the resin layer and the body and includes insulating materials.
