PURPOSE: A performance tester of a block heater is provided to reduce a testing time and to improve low temperature starting performance of a block heater. CONSTITUTION: A housing(102) has a chamber. A main power unit(104) is installed in the outer surface of the housing and applies driving power. A control unit(106) is installed in one side of the inner surface of the housing, is electrically connected to the main power unit, and controls various electrically connected parts according to a preset program when the driving power is applied. A key operation panel(108) is installed in one side of the outer surface of the housing and transmits a key operation signal to the control panel according to a key operation by a worker. An air supply valve(110) is installed in one side of the outer surface of the housing, is installed in one side of an air supply line connected to the chamber of the housing, is electrically connected to the control unit, and supplies air to the chamber of the housing through the air supply line according to a control signal from the control unit. A water separator(112) is installed in one side of the air supply line, is electrically connected to the control unit, and separates moisture from air flowing inside of the air supply line according to the control signal from the control unit.
