PURPOSE: An intelligent air-cushion type vehicle seat system is provided to prevent work efficiency decrease and distraction by enabling blood circulation smoothly. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent air-cushion type vehicle seat system comprises an air pocket unit(30), an air intake and exhaust device(90), a left plate body pressure sensing unit(50), a body pressure measuring device(70), and a control device(80). The air pocket unit alternately arranges separate air pockets among first and second air pocket groups. The air intake and exhaust device varies the height of the air pocket unit by separately supplying and exhausting air to the air pockets. The left plate body pressure sensing unit is arranged in the upper side of the air pocket unit for sensing the distribution of body pressure which is applied to a left plate frame. The body pressure measuring device measures a body pressure ratio on the basis of a sensing value which is sensed by the left plate body pressure sensing unit. The control device controls to supply or exhaust the air alternately to the first and second air pocket groups at a predetermined point.
