摘要 PURPOSE: A one-dimensional conductive nano based conductive film is provided to improve the conductivity by laminating a two-dimensional nano material like graphene on a film comprising a one-dimensional conductive nano material. CONSTITUTION: A one-dimensional conductive nano based conductive film includes a two-dimensional nano material layer(200) in which a one-dimensional conductive nano material layer(100) are formed on the substrate. A one-dimensional conductive nano material included in one-dimensional conductive nano material layer is selected from a carbon nano tube, a metal nano wire, or a metal nano-rod. A two-dimensional nano material is included in a two-dimensional nano material layer comprising the graphene, boron nitride, tungsten oxides(WO3), molybdenum sulfide(MoS2), molybdenum telluride(MoTe2), niobium diselenide(NbSe2), tantalum diselenide(TaSe2), and maganese oxide(MnO2).
