PURPOSE: An SIP communication system, a control method thereof, a communication access device included in an SIP communication system and a control method thereof are provided to be used as a smart device substituted for a wired internet telephone without illegally usurping SIP account information by a user. CONSTITUTION: A VOIP communication system includes a VOIP processing server(300) supporting communication according to a VOIP, including VOIP account information required for communication through a VOIP processing server, performing authentication on the corresponding VOIP communication device if an access connection request is present from the VOIP communication device, transmitting virtual VOIP account information to the corresponding VOIP communication device if the authentication is successful, replacing the virtual VOIP account information included in the call connection request signal if a call connection request signal is received from the VOIP communication device with the prepared VOIP account information and transmitting to the VOIP processing server. The VOIP communication system includes includes a VOIP communication device(200) requesting an access connection request to a communication access device, storing the received virtual VOIP account information if a virtual VOIP account information is received from the communication access device and attempting VOIP communication based on the stored virtual VOIP account information.
