PURPOSE: A soil paving material in which a surface is processed for preventing top layer exfoliation and construction method thereof are provided to improve uni-axial compression strength, freezing-and-thawing, and durability of a soil paving material. CONSTITUTION: A soil paving material in which a surface is processed for preventing top layer exfoliation comprises a water-based polymer soil paving material(110) and a surface processed soil paving material(120). The water-based polymer soil paving material comprises a solidified soil(111), a soil binder(112), and water. The surface processed soil paving material comprises a solidified soil(121), a soil binder(122), and a surface stiffener(123). The soil binder which is a water-based polymer is mixed with the solidified soil, thereby solidifying the solidified soil. The surface stiffener which is an acryl-based polymer is mixed in a surface of the solidified soil solidified by the soil binder, thereby solidifying the surface of the solidified soil. |
